Academic Folk Choir® is a new creative project of prof. Kostadin Buradjiev. The choir continues his achievements in the field of folk choral art with the Student Folk Choir at AMTII “Prof.. Assen Diamandiev – Plovdiv.
Academic Folk Choir® was founded in the autumn of 2023, after the surprising release of prof. Buradzhiev as conductor of the student folk choir. The new formation is composed of former students – singers and instrumentalists of the Music Academy, proven professionals in the field of folk and classical singing. The presence of such diverse talents enables the choir to perform a wide-ranging repertoire.
Academic Folk Choir® is a registered creative and trademark of prof. Buradzhiev, a guarantee of performance and interpretation of works of the highest class.
